32nd Street Crossing

This development is located on 32nd Street just east of Gaetz Avenue. It contains 14 main floor units and one second floor unit for a total floor area of 25,700 square feet. The site is 2.04 acres and contains 129 parking stalls.

Salomons Commercial was involved right from the beginning of this project: facilitating with the developer to purchase the site (formally the Red Deer County administration building); working with the city to secure permits and proper rezoning; providing advice on site development and layout; and finally finding prospective tenants and negotiating favorable terms.

The focus for the development was to create a medical based development and includes such tenants as Piper Creek Medical Clinic, IDA Piper Pharmacy, Breathing Room Yoga, Winks Convenience Store, Parkland Respiratory Care, and an eye surgeon.
