Salomons Commercial worked closely with Avison Young Edmonton to find a new home for the only laboratory testing facility outside of the hospital in Red Deer. Parking was of major importance while maintaining a central location in Red Deer and obtaining a superior quality and feel for the premises.

Elements Rivers Edge provided all of these factors with it being located in the downtown on the river and in a newly built structure complete with LEED shadow upgrades to the building making it highly energy efficient. A suitable amount of parking was also obtained for Dynalife's clientele that frequent the lab.

Salomons Commercial was responsible for locating the site and negotiating a favourable long term lease for Dynalife DX.
